Troubleshooting "JFTP::store: Bad response Warning! Failed to move file."

1. Check the permissions of your files and folders to be sure that you have rights to create and move files and folders.

2.  If you have the ftp layer turned on, turn it off.  If you have it turned off, turn it on.
