Site and loadtime ?
I tryed lots of modules/plugins/components on my site but when i did not want to use them i unpublished them. Is there a slowdown of the site if all the unpublished extensions stay in the backend in other words not be un-installed ? How can i optimize the site (are there any tools for joomla) ?

Unpublished modules and plugins should not affect your site.
