Creating online registration forms
I am trying to create an online registration form for my pupils as they register for their CCAs (Co-Curricular Activities) in 2010. Hopefully, we could then cut down on the paperwork and process their registration online.
It has been suggested that I use PerForms. But it seems I would have to create the form from scratch and I have no idea at all about how to then link it to a spreadsheet for my administrator to process the registration.
Could you advise me on this? Would there be available templates? Or are there other components which are more user friendly?

I use RSForms (or RSForms Pro ) for all my forms, and have been for several years. I find their forms component easy to work with. It saves all the data from the forms and gives you can export option that will export all the data into a spreadsheet. They also have sample forms to make it easy for you to create your forms by following what they did in the sample. And the cost for the components is very small, especially for the time it saves.
