To debug this, first right-click on the page and view the source code to make sure it is totally blank. If it is, then your php setting probably have errors turned off so that you can't see what the error is. If so, check the error log on your server. When you transferred the site to your webhost, did you exclude the configuration.php file? This should be excluded so that you are using the database credentials for the webhost rather than the db you were using on the wampserver.
